DeepHealth, RadNet’s Digital Health division, reflects continued growth in revenue, customer momentum and expansion of its AI-powered health informatics portfolio as part of RadNet’s record first quarter 2026 financial results.

RadNet, Inc. (NASDAQ: RDNT), a national leader in providing high-quality, cost-effective, fixed-site outpatient diagnostic imaging services through a network of 435 outpatient imaging centers and a premier developer of radiology digital health solutions reported financial results for its first quarter of 2026, with Total Company Revenue of $575.6 million, increasing 22.1% compared to the first quarter of 2025. Revenue from DeepHealth, RadNet’s Digital Health reportable segment increased 51.5% to $29.1 million in the first quarter of 2026 compared to the first quarter of 2025. DeepHealth Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) also increased from $49.8 million at March 31, 2025 to $96.9 million at March 31, 2026 and is on plan to reach more than $140 million by year-end.

“DeepHealth momentum is accelerating and our strategic investments are positioning us to transform the radiology workflow. By unifying clinical AI, image management, and radiologist viewing and reporting into one seamless experience, we are delivering a new standard of care that addresses the core challenges of the imaging enterprise,” commented Kees Wesdorp, CEO, RadNet’s Digital Health division, DeepHealth. ”Our solutions are already delivering measurable impact at scale, across more than 2,890 customers worldwide, enabling health systems to drive radiology workflow efficiency and productivity, help mitigate the impacts of staff shortages, and reduce diagnostic variability.”

The market response to DeepHealth integrated offering has been strong.

DeepHealth provides AI-powered health informatics with the aim of empowering breakthroughs in care through imaging. DeepHealth leverages advanced AI for operational efficiency and improved clinical outcomes in breast, chest, musculoskeletal, neuro, prostate and thyroid health, building also on recent acquisitions such as Gleamer. The portfolio of native AI-powered solutions and services spans detection, assessment and monitoring, all available on one platform. At the heart of DeepHealth’s portfolio, unifying data across the clinical and operational workflow, is a cloud-native operating system – DeepHealth OS.  Thousands of imaging centers and radiology departments around the world use DeepHealth solutions to enable earlier, more reliable and more efficient disease detection, including in large-scale cancer screening programs.

During the first quarter, the DeepHealth sales pipeline with third-party customers continued to build, with over $16 million in Total Contract Value of new DeepHealth business signed. These contracts span the full breadth of DeepHealth products. This momentum is further advanced by the recent acquisition of Gleamer.

In conjunction with RadNet’s new health system joint venture with Trinity Health’s Saint Alphonsus Health System, multiple DeepHealth solutions will be deployed across Saint Alphonsus Health System imaging centers. The solutions powered by DeepHealth OS, will include AI-powered solutions for radiologist reporting, patient engagement and clinical interpretation.

Dr. Howard Berger, President and Chief Executive Officer of RadNet, commented, “This relationship is a blueprint for future health system partnerships, where RadNet can bring all of its operational, clinical and digital workflow solutions to bear to streamline the patient journey and improve medical care and outcomes.”
